Hilton launched the TRU brand as an alternative to full-service hotels, marketing TRU hotels as co-living and co-working spaces targeted at younger patrons. The TRU hotels lack some of the amenities that a full-service hotel might have, such as a microwave. ironing board, and clothes closet in the room. Also, these hotels have no pool and if you want ice for your drinks, you'll need to get it on the ground floor. The rooms are spartan, but decent, reminiscent of an inexpensive European hotel or pension. The breakfast is typical for Hilton, with a wide variety of choices from fruit to cereal to pancakes. There is no lunch or dinner served, and there is no bar, but there is a small convenience store at the front desk where guests can purchase snacks and drinks, including beer and wine. Parking is free and plentiful.

The staff was exceptional! When I first arrived and checked in, the front desk was friendly. Immediately after checkout my room, staff made sure everything was looking good. The next day, I realized I had realized I had lost my key fob at the concert. One of the staff said, "Let me check with management. They have a POC there, Ms, white actually ended up driving me down to the venue to find my key, as I called multiple times and left multiple vms, I assumed the venue was closed. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area!

Amanda

Nice hotel in a convenient location with access to highways nearby making getting around very quick and easy. Close to downtown, stadiums and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame which was the reason for my visit. Not going to lie, the area around the hotel is not an area I would travel around at night but the hotel had security on site so I never felt unsafe or worried about my car in the parking lot.

Michael

we did not take advantage of the breakfast, however, my daughters and I all said that the beds were the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in, and the shower was AMAZING. The room was very clean. The check in staff was extremely friendly, as was the night staff who helped my ditzy teen operate a microwave (I swear she isn't normally helpless...). We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Chelsee

The customer service was very nice and accommodated our needs while we booked two rooms and hoped they would be close to each other and they help us perfectly. We enjoys our breakfast, and there 12oclock checkout time. Walking distance to the Agora Theater, with some food options close by.. We had a lovely time
